CP-551 is a Two Way Counter Communication System exclusively designed for easy and effective conversation across counters with transparent glass or brick/concrete wall.

100% Made in India Product. Completely Designed, developed and manufactured in India.

System comes with an advanced and revolutionary VOICE SENSING TECHNOLOGY. With this technical advancement system is totally hands free. No need to press any button during operations.

System consists of a Attendant Unit and a Customer Unit.
Attendant Unit comes with a Goose Neck Microphone for attendant to speak.
Customer Unit comes with builtin Microphone and an option to connect external microphone.
If both units are installed in same room & are in a close proximity than
it is recommended to use goose neck microphone on customer unit as well.

Auto Mute feature to automatically mute the system if there is no activity for 30 seconds. This is to comfort attendant from unwanted outside noise.

    • Microphone: Attendant Unit comes with 18 Inch Goose Neck Microphones and Customer Unit comes with built in condenser microphones. Along with that customer unit also comes with option to connect external goose neck microphones.
    • Voice Sense Technology : Attendant unit comes with Voice sense technology where there is no need to press any button to speak. System senses voice of attendant and automatically switch between talk and listen modes. Completely hands free unit.
